Our dedicated Memory Care neighborhood, Country View Square, is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, routine, and connection in a warm, home-like setting.
Here, residents are surrounded by familiar comforts and caring faces. With just 36 private and semi-private rooms, Country View Square offers an intimate environment where each person’s unique needs are met with dignity and respect. Our carefully chosen team members are specially trained in memory care and bring compassion, patience, and joy to every interaction.
Daily life at Country View Square centers around enriching routines and purposeful activities, whether it’s a stroll through our secure Garden Walk, baking in the kitchen, participating in music therapy, or joining themed events and family-friendly gatherings. We prioritize connection to self, to others, and to cherished memories.
